At Zohri, we’re all about good vibes, great jewelry, and zero stress—so let’s keep things simple! Every piece you receive is handcrafted with love (and maybe a little mischief), making it one-of-a-kind. Tiny quirks? That’s just personality, darling! But if something truly goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

No Returns, No Regrets (Mostly 😉)
Once you place an order, it’s yours forever (well, almost). We don’t do returns or refunds, but if we made a boo-boo, we promise to fix it!

When Can You Get an Exchange or Credit Note?
We’ll swap your sparkle or give you a credit note only if:
🔸 You got the wrong product (Oops, our bad!)
🔸 Your order arrived damaged (Ugh, we hate that too!)

What to Do?
💌 Drop us an email at business.zohriindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
📸 Attach a photo or an unboxing video (because proof is power, baby!).
⏳ Requests made after 48 hours won’t be entertained (so don’t ghost us!).

The Fine Print (a.k.a. Things You Should Know)
🚫 No sending stuff back without telling us first—unsolicited returns will be rejected!
🚫 Coupon codes won’t work on exchanges or credit notes.
🚫 Credit notes can’t be used on sale items.
🚫 If you bought Zohri from a third-party store, you gotta deal with them, not us!
🚫 Missing items or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours.

Exchange Policy – Only in India! 🇮🇳
We don’t do exchanges just because you changed your mind (tough love 💖). But under special circumstances, we might allow it—if you cover:
💰 ₹250/- pickup & re-shipping charges (Fair deal, right?).
📦 Your replacement is in stock.
🆕 Your original product is unused & in its OG packaging.

The Exceptions:
❌ Sale items? No exchanges, no exceptions.
❌ We don’t do warranties (unless we specifically say so).
💸 Refunds (for approved cases) will be processed in 4-5 working days.
